Responsibilities and Accomplishments:

Direct all facets of Plant Operations in two diverse facilities; Suncoast Behavioral Health Center which is an Acute Psychiatric Hospital licensed for 60 beds and Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center which is a Residential Treatment Facility licensed for 64 beds.

Successfully closed, transferred patients and remodeled Suncoast in 2014 transforming the facility from a Residential Treatment facility to an Acute Hospital. Assisted Business Development Director in creating events and inviting guests targeted for potential referral sources.
