Dear Sir or Madam,

As a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a minor in Criminal Justice & Criminology I bring energy and commitment to excellence to excel in any environment.

Currently as Production Coordinator for Interior Specialist Inc. / HD Supply Interior Solutions my job encompasses assisting in the implementation of policies and procedures, and customer / client resolutions. Major tasks and responsibilities include creating a Production Schedule for field managers, and installers with coordination and buy-in from the other functional groups. This involves the adjustment and modification of scheduled start time requirements, projects and materials based on shifting priorities, the most recent available information, and in accordance with overall departmental requirements.

Provide support to field managers which includes processing orders for Corian custom counter tops, dispatching installers for last minute assignments and take requests for UCR’s (Under Construction Repairs) once our materials have been installed. Retrieve information from an internet program (SAP – SYSTEM APPLICATIONS AND PRODUCTS) and produce installer packets that reflect specific information pertaining to the installation of various trades based on the customer and designer selections. Communicate with homeowner’s regarding window treatments, scheduling, status and technical issues. Reviews documentation, diagrams, estimate labor / materials and establishes priorities with respect to capacity, master schedule and program deadlines. Interact with homeowner’s, and broad range of internal staff including supervisors, fabrication personnel to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning, scheduling, prioritization, resolution of technical issues, incorporation of changes (rework) and identification of other special requirements.

As a volunteer Deputy Probation Officer Eighteenth Judicial District State of Colorado, I supervised an adult caseload on individuals who were granted Probation supervision to ensure Court ordered compliance.

Specific duties included but were not limited to: meeting with adult defendants, use ECLIPSE computer system to retrieve information and write reports pertaining to Pre-Sentencing Investigations (PSI's), warrants, terminations, extensions and special reports to the Court; completing Level of Service Inventories (LSI's), Alcohol evaluations, case plans; and, make referrals to treatment agencies.

While working as a Security Specialist for the Denver Sheriff Department I provided a standard level of technical and administrative support by maintaining security in the Denver Detention Center using JMS – JAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM through the operation of security controls and equipment related to the custody and movement of inmates. Within this position my responsibilities included monitoring and controlling all movement, radio traffic and shutting down non-emergency traffic during a crisis situation.

Additional experience includes working as a Home Staging Coordinator for Builders Professional Inspectors & Construction Managers, Inc. I served as a designated lead worker to a small or moderate staff of contractors assigned to renovate single family homes within a specified amount of time. To accomplish this, effective communication and relationship building were essential. I painted a clear picture of the desired finished renovation and helped the team to strategically achieve the desired outcome by assigning and reviewing work ensuring established methods and procedures were maintained. I also provided clerical office support to a unit supervisor and professional staff while utilizing MS Word to compose and type routine correspondence and memos to inquiries requiring general knowledge of company operations.

To further acquaint you with the specifics of my background I am enclosing my resume. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing my qualifications in more detail. Salary requirements are negotiable.

Most sincerely,

Jan Renee Johnson
