Oversaw the Battery Organizational Maintenance Program by establishing, monitoring, evaluating, and prioritizing maintenance requirements. Operated a maintenance shop which maintained operational readiness of the unit’s vehicles and equipment. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of equipment and property valued at over $10.5M. Initiated procedural changes incorporating a system of random inspections and accountability, which improved the platoon’s operational readiness rating to 94%, exceeding the unit’s goal of 90%. Improved efficiency and productivity of supply program by rewriting and implementing procedural methods, which resulted in maintenance supply inspection rating of 91%.
