Working directly with the owner, general contractor and all consultants in both CD production and CA. Directing the work of 1-2 interns and coordinating with consultants when needed on the project, otherwise worked independently. Primary contact for Construction Administration on a multifamily project in Savannah. Working closely with design principal on a various retail projects with extremely fast turnaround time.
