A/R – Invoicing/billing/collection of progress payments pertaining to large projects specified by major engineering firms such as: Mustang, Alliance, CB&I, Parsons, Fluor Daniel, Jacobs, ABB, Kiewit, Woods Group, FMC, Bechtel, Chevron, British Petroleum, Kellogg Brown & Root, also various independent International firms.

A/P – Sorting weekly mail while validating invoices to purchase orders, inputting weekly billings and handling semi-monthly check runs for the company.

P/R – Logging weekly time card hours for all employees verifying time is accurate and recorded for all, (jobs, vacation, holidays), adjusting deductions accordingly (insurance, 401K, loan payments, child support) prepared and called data into ADP and entered the companies tax, 401K and child support deposits.

G/L – Monthly entries, review and adjusted accordingly, federal tax deposits quarterly/year end as needed, monthly operating and payroll bank reconciliations

Monthly, quarterly and year end reports for all above and reported to the CEO, George W. Lingenfelder and CFO, Mr. B.C. Patel, who resides in London.

Sales - Handled parts ordering and sales pertaining to our manufactured Firewater Pump Packages, obtained material pricing, estimating in bound freight costs and any labor hours, if required, and quoted clients of PPP.

Managed project reports for overall job costs including logistical analysis for each of their, materials, freight and labor hours and reported profit/loss to management.

Coordinated well relations with timely deliveries for all customers and juggled vendors to maintain product excellence.

Clerical – Answering phones, screening calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.

Taking care of general office maintenance, weekly mail pickup, sorting and distributing to departments

Scheduling of company functions/activities

Maintained CFO’s personal US financial records and other US business affairs as needed.
