Present Job Profile

Responsible for Overall Material and Process Inspection: Mechanical, Electrical, Ultrasonic Testing.

Coordinate preventative maintenance on existing new production equipment, including routine calibration, etc

Create and maintain Quality related records & documents.

Co-ordinate with external Inspecting agencies to carry out Final Product Inspection of the Finished Product.

Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall Quality activities.

Active Participation in development of CAPA, FMEA Projects .

Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.

Implementing competitive methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, Kanban System etc. to improve quality standards & maximise cost savings.

Ensuring adherence to various quality measures thereby by ensuring quality of the final product in compliance with quality standards.

Raw material Inspection at vendor’s end.

Taking & handling scheduled internal ISO audit.

Continuously monitoring all process activities to reduce defects, rejection reworks and improves quality as well as to increase the productivity.
