Work experience: From October 2003 to present. RNDC in Indianapolis IN. (Formerly
National Wine & Spirits).Current position: Customer Service Supervisor. Currently I supervise
eight associates. This involves monitoring calls, ensuring consistent service levels and reducing
the number of calls holding in queue. My help desk responsibilities include but are not limited to
supervisor calls and resolving issues, managing and delegating projects, processing employee
and customer product orders. In addition to regular tasks, I perform back up for licensing,
licensing issues; credits and product pick up processing. I promote product education. My
specialized tasks include assisting Marketing Manager’s project managing such as special pricing
orders and resolving pricing discrepancies. I accurately and constantly perform payroll and am
responsible for record keeping. My innovations in implementing new ideas and procedures

Credit Invoice Adjuster: July 2005-January 2007. My Responsibilities included issuing
credits for any damages, shortages, or missed shipments on deliveries. I also had to resolve
pricing discrepancies due to broken deals, etc. I reshipped product for short or damaged product.
In addition I answered inquiries for customers and sales people. I was also responsible for
correcting discounts, issuing debits, and making inventory adjustments.
Customer Service Rep.: From October 2003-July 2005. I was responsible for answering
phones, takings and inputting orders from bars, restaurants, package stores, and sales personnel.
I also processed orders for special accounts such as CVS, Sam’s Clubs and Costco. I was
responsible for inputting contract pricing for all chain stores such as Meijer, Marsh, Kroger, and
Wal-Mart. I also engaged in suggestive selling. I have great rapport with both internal and
external customers.
