retail stores, 78 warehouses, two distribution centers, and two manufacturing plants.

• Implemented Safelite's first national warehouse for operating supplies. This program made it

possible to order all operating supplies with one computer assisted telephone call. Annual

expenditures for this warehouse exceed $5 million.

• Developed, negotiated, and managed the national program for Safelite's waste management. Annual

expenditures for this average $2 million. A 20% savings over the annual expenditures was

documented with the development of this program.
