cluster and 2 nodes Cisco Unity 7 cluster located in Netettal, Germany and

Installation and configuration of Riverbed Steelhead WAN accelerators in

our subsidiaries in EMEA DMVPN cloud. Resolving internal customer

connectivity issues, frequently travel to other company locations.

Key Projects :

- Build Cisco VoIP cluster with 2 nodes in our Main Data Center, Germany

and 1 node in DC Bracknell, UK.

-Deploy VoIP and replace old Alcatel PABX in Diegem, Belgium, replace

switches to PoE, training for 150 users.

- Interconnect new warehouses with DMVPN in Romania, Slovakia, Hungary,

Poland, Switzerland.

- Phone system Deployment in Rueschlikon, CH, Vienna AT, Bratislava SK,

Warsaw, PL Eindhoven, NL, others.

- CUCM perform upgrade from 7.1 to 8.5,. 3000 Cisco phone firmware upgrades


- Various office moves across Europe.

- New Companies acquisition - integration to our network/VoIp standards

DIMAC - USA Network Services Consultant: June 2000- July 2000

As a part of a Network Services team I was responsible for LAN/WAN network

operations management. I was working on a migration from Novell NetWare 4.1

to Windows NT 4. I administered approximately 500 users in mixed

NT/NetWare/Unix environment.

Whittman-Hart Biosafe Project - USA Network Engineer/Consultant:

January 2000- May 2000

During this project I was providing a professional advice on how to to

design and implement B2B e-commerce trading network. I built a new servers,

configured routers and firewalls, implemented Local Area Networks and

Virtual Private Networks, installed and monitored Cisco 1600, 2600 routers,

2900 Series XL Catalyst and 10BaseT Hubs. I administered NT Servers, IIS

4.0, provided assistance for WWW developers.

The main two platforms I was working with were NT4 and Unix Sun Solaris


IBM-Bank One - USA Y2K/Network Consultant: November 1998 - November


Year 2000 Impact Analysis Project for BANK ONE, one of the largest American


As a part of IBM Global Services worked to verify the readiness of computer

hardware, applications and networking equipment. The purpose was to assure

year 2000 compliance with minimum business interruption.

Testing of each of these products required preparation of checking

environment, scripts and documentation.

Also installed, configured and tested LAN and WAN networking equipment -

NICs, Hubs, Switches, UTP cable, T1 circuits, Cisco Routers . Managing NT

user environments, sharing files, printers, backing up and restoring data,

maintaining and repairing desktops and servers.

Frontier Software - Sydney Technical Consultant: March 1998 October 1998

Duties: administration and support of Local Area, Exchange Server 5.5

administration, Disaster Recovery Procedures, Remote Access Server (PPP,

Dial-up, ISDN), Responsible for installation, upgrades and repairs of

hardware and software. The Three Tier Client-Server Complete Human

Resources IT Systems installation/upgrade on a number of operating systems

and different network platforms such as NT, UNIX, NetWare and databases

(Oracle, SQL Server). Providing second level of support for customers in

New South Wales and Victoria (Australia) on many aspects of technical

issues related to the abovementioned systems.
