As a crane operator I was trained and experience thoroughly familiar for this equipment
ad a person that is physically and mentally fit to operate.
Crane operator shall be responsible for all operation under his control. But when safety is
in doubt the operator shall have authority to stop the operation and refuse to continue if
adjustment is necessary or if there know the defect that impair safe operation until unsafe
condition has been corrected.
