Responsibilities

As a QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings and blueprints to estimate the quantities.

Daily Preparation of Measurement sheets according to approved RFI (Request for Inspection) as well as from the executed work at site.

Calculating complete Project Quantity Take off and preparing the Contract BOQ comparing with Tendered BOQ for variation.

Calculating Quantities and Cost Planning of RCC, Steel Bar Bending Scheduling, Structural steel, Brick works Earth works, Plastering, Painting and interior materials.

Analyzing outcomes, writing detailed progress reports and Reporting to PM.

Valuing completed work and raising invoices for payments.

Gathering information of Site report like daily progress report and daily labor report and planning work for next day.

Preparation of Sub-Contractor and Client RA bill.

Checking and scrutinizing final payment certificates for all sub-Contractors.

Prepare BBS as per drawings and order the steel for the required quantity.

Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks.
