Report on progress of work on site through actual measurement on site and prepare cost reports.

Preparation of Monthly interim claims for submission to Consultant.

Examine, control and evaluate sub-contractor’s invoices and ensure the contractual obligations are satisfied and advice the project management on payments of the same.

Issue of Payment certificate.

Reconciliation of quantities due to changes in design, scope of work and on-site revisions with the consultant’s advice notice / instruction.
