Sole on-site family practice provider of a new start-up primary care clinic established as an outreach of Big Bend Cares. From its inception on Dec. 1, 2017, in collaboration with my off-site supervising M.D., cared for a steady stream of new patients in order to establish the primary care practice and provide ongoing care for these new patients.
