I'm currently speaking with schools about CEO roles (and some Executive School Principal roles), mostly in Asia and the Middle East.

As a Founding School Principal, I have launched new American, British (GEMS) and Canadian International K-12 & English Language schools and have lead teams in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa, Mexico, USA and Canada. Prior to this I launched and ran my own Montessori leadership style Martial Arts and Afterschool Homework & ESL centre lead by medal winnings members of Team Canada (in Toronto, Canada.)

Again, I specialize in leading new school launch and school improvement projects. I also have experience as a Senior Project Manager and Business Process Manager, having worked for almost 15 years with Fortune 500 companies (head offices: IBM, Bell Mobility, Sprint PCS, TELUS Mobility, Canada Life, Minacs) in Toronto, CANADA and the USA. I am also a certified Martial Arts Black Belt Instructor and a Committee Member for Ontario Early Years Centre (PAC) . I place a strong emphasis on youth physical and physiological development. I am also a Sports Ontario Certified Instructor.

In addition to my educational / business confidence, I have excellent interpersonal skills. My personal development education has allowed me to develop and improve my skills dramatically in the area of communications and human relationships. This enhances my ability to identify and satisfy customer needs and wants in a professional and efficient manner. I am a believer in servant leadership. I am a very pro-active manager, asking lots of questions and listening, while empowering those around me to take on responsibilities that are delegated to them with time-lines. I have an open door policy. I also excel and enjoy being a leader of group presentations.
