Led a team of a supervisor, 2 foremen, 20 workers and up to 12 subcontractors to establish 4 connected villas in Jeddah Saudi Arabia at a total cost of 24 million SR.

– Established and implemented work schedules and adjusted them to meet project deadlines.

– Planned, coordinated and managed the work at the site.

– Ensured projects were completed according to approved time, quality and cost estimates.
