I was responsible for leading the program to build and pre integrate connectors to SaaS and SCIM enabled enterprise apps so as to facilitate automatic user provisioning and de-provisioning to those applications in the Azure Portal with Azure Active Directory and support delivered connectors . This program was targetting about 200 enterprise applications this year moving 4 to 5 month on month. My responsibilities included, prioritizing connectors and working out schedules and timeliness for delivery with the business team with a work back schedule, managing and streamlining client communications to map their technical landscape with respect to their user management models ( like authentication and authorization models ), setting up sandbox environments, test accounts, licenses for private and public preview of Azure active directory User Identity management connectors, managing engineering development of the connectors by different vendor groups, defining and driving development and release process working with various engineering teams like the syncfabric framework team, the Azure active directory UI team, release management team, capturing all work deviations through revision of SOW periodically for vendor groups and presenting the weekly, daily reports and run the monthly business review meetings for program direction. Highlights : Success rate of 99.99% established for the connectors delivered, Development time of 8 months brought down to 5 week sprints by revamp of the prioritization process, collection of product spec process and setting up a Production slice with routing options for private preview customers.

Previous Project: Identified, gathered, filtered and prepared schedule to run the User Access Review for the source code in VSTS for the entire Universal Stores working with multiple teams that access VSTS Git and other legacy code bases.

I took up a goal to set up system infrastructure and lead the engineering team in building and setting up products including the Talentsprint platform for content publishing and management (OpenEdx with Python and Django), Rest based Java enterprise applications for managing student accounts, managing resources at smart campus centers, online exam assessment systems, mobile apps for placement alert system and personalized learning engine ( AI bot) called TIA built in Python and Django with mongo db. Its nationwide (India) launch program is covered here TIA Launch In Hyderabad . Under my leadership, we revamped 4 old training centers and added one new smart campus center.I made digital delivery and network operations and process seamlessly uniform across centers. I set up the process to have each center run on its own through decentralizing decision making process leading to 15% more utilization, 5X increase in NPS score and 100% of the organization (outside of my teams) embracing the new delivery model. I initiated metrics collection at all intervals and reporting that made its way to the CxO operational meetings.
