Stamping and Assembly Operations Supervisor, Thai Summit Kentucky Corporation: Bardstown, KY — 2017-Present

Supervising groups of associates ranging from 20 to 40 individuals consisting of both press, shipping/receiving and assembly departments. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and organizing associates while holding them to the TSA Production System standards. Accountable for tracking and improving machine performance efficiencies using Key Performance Indicator system, root cause analysis, and utilizing TPM/Action Registers as modes of improvement. Tasked with championing new equipment installations and working closely with international equipment installation companies to ensure equipment if functioning properly. Oversaw shift operations on Second Shift including coordinating with maintenance, shipping/receiving, and production departments to maintain delivery truck schedules and monitor tooling repair. Created work instructions and standard operating procedures for machinery to support streamlined, consistent training.
