Attributes that I bring to the table are 29 years of nursing experience offering a combined clinical expertise as a LPN & BSN in nursing. Additionally I have a broad-based clinical experience in a variety of medical specialty areas that required critical thinking skills. I have the mindset to create patient centered care plans for high-risk, acute care and end of life patient’s. Moving forward, in just a few short weeks, I will start a new journey as a family nurse practitioner. Date of MSN graduation is March 2, 2019. During my clinical rotation as a nurse practitioner student, the completion of 625 hours has been used to develop keen skills in performing physical assessments, diagnosing, and managing pharmalogical needs across the life span. Further my clinical experience can offer an evidenced based approach in life-style modification for conditions such as but not limited to diabetes, heart failure and hypertension. And lastly, it is my commitment and attention to the details evidenced based clinical guidelines that best suites me to be chosen as a quality nurse practitioner.
