Provided administrative support to Revenue Accounting team including filing for sales reports and summary documents, data entry and data analysis in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, scanning accounting documents, photocopying, as well as distribution of mail (reports, refunds, etc.) coming from stations.

Ensure accurate and complete entry of sales reports, sales receipts, audit reports, customer documents (cancelled tickets, refund forms), ticket inventory and deposit records submitted by Station Attendants, Bus Drivers, Agencies, and TVM's while working collaboratively within a team environment.

Prepare and organize correspondence, perform data entry and word processing functions, and create various documents.

Input/performed data entry for collected information reported on Revenue/Inventory Reports into the Revenue Accounting database.

Reconcile Sales Reports with Record of Bank Deposit Report, investigate discrepancies, make required adjustments, issue memos/vouchers notifying respective supervisor of any overages/shortages.
