Senior Account Executive. BankUnited opened their Portland office in February of 2007 and specialize in conforming/Alt A/ option arm loans. I have had extensive training in conforming underwriting guidelines at the Florida Corporate office. My job consisted of (but was not limited to) managing my broker pipeline, communicating with and soliciting new loan business from active brokers, and deal structuring. I worked with several million dollars in documents every month and had to have the skills to be detail oriented and extremely organized while having a positive, helpful attitude. Underwriter II. Began underwriting job with Lime Financial when Meritage announced its closure and job placement agreement with Lime. My job included

My delegation was $500,000 without manager approval with little to no sub-limits. On 12/29/06, Lime announced layoffs due to a slow business environment. I was one of 80-100 people laid off.
