Administrative Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant to President, Senior Vice Presidents, Directors, and office staff handling highly confidential material in addition to managing handling multiple complex calendars.

Manage travel (international and domestic) modifying schedules while anticipating and proactively resolving conflicts to ensure time management efficiently. Prepare itineraries, transportation arrangements, expense reports for both leadership teams while processing invoices in compliance to company policies.

Coordinate logistics for meetings including securing event locations, arrange for food and beverage, set up rooms and manage audio/visual equipment

Independently manage a broad range of diverse administrative projects requiring creativity, independent judgment, process thinking, exercising discretion and confidentiality in an ever-changing environment while initiatinge, composing and allocating correspondence. Coordinate and follow-through on multiple tasks while managing projects simultaneously designing, developing, and maintaining reports, documents and spreadsheets along with tracking categories of external expenses against departmental budgets and handle discrepancies.

Training of software systems for departmental employees.

Arrange conference calls, meeting logistics, conference rooms and outside facilities for meetings as required. Develop and maintain departmental files and tracking systems to ensure information is accessible to appropriate staff.
