Role and Responsibilities

Supervision of works of building and structure, interchanges and any other structures to be constructed by the Concessionaire for the Project.

Inspect the rehabilitation and repair works to be undertaken by the Contractor in respect of existing building structures.

Checking of Drawing containing all necessary design parameters for setting –out before issue for construction and approval

Checking and approval of all design and drawing for any errors before issue for construction.

Assist in identification of Construction delays and recommend remedial measures to expedite the progress.

Review of design and good for construction drawings prepared by the Design Consultants in respect of building structure and other structures

Preparation of detail estimate and billings .

Measurement in Measurement Books.

Supervision of quality check and work progress.
