• Responsible for Overall Management of office Administration of Project

• Provide support for domestic & International tour & travel arrangements, hotel bookings for PM & other Senior Managers.

• Support Team to apply Visa and others related queries.

• Facility management services/tea & coffee vending machine/Mineral water/ Courier/ stationery services Business cards, Letterheads, Envelopes & Business Cards. Supervising various facility functions like building repairs plumbing, air-conditioning, electricity & electromechanical repairs.
