A key member of the Network Engineering Business Office, which interacts with all branches within Network Services to bridge gaps through communication and process improvement.

●Developed a Network Services process improvement plan (plan-build-run) for Network Services.

●Successful migration of the ServiceNow ticket system. Created walk-throughs and job aids for the network teams. Hosted Q&A sessions pre and post launch to provide support. Result was minimal impact to Network Services.
