- The first year of 2014 I was originally hired as a Licensed Medical Sports Massage Therapist for the rehab department, and as a Marketer. I would partner with a doctor and we would go to doctor’s facilities to inform those doctors services we could provide to their patients if needed. I would explain everything in detail about our doctor, facility and some of the procedures we offered, epidural injection, rhizotomy, facet injection, halo, stem cells, etc.

-Rehab department closed down, so that is when I became cross train to assist the team lead in managing front desk, and cross train in other avenues.

-Provide outstanding communication service from patients that are

requiring service or information on their account.

-Inbound and out calls. Daily reminder courtesy calls regarding appointments.

-Confer with patients in order to address questions pertaining to procedure, account balance, hardship, schedule new patients everyday, schedule monthly or weekly appointments, regarding medication issues, and assist with updating new insurance. Called our in house billing department when I or patient had a question about insurance.

-Balanced the books everyday at the end of the day.

-Handled PI cases. I personally spoke to attorneys and typed up L.O.P Request to attorneys to immediately start treatment plan.

-Assisted in OR daily. Monitoring patients so they would not aspirate, nor fall, I would remove IV from patients arm. take three sets of patients vitals, assist patients in getting dressed and wheel them to their driver.
