-Coordinate all personnel matters related to the entire VSL staff to include: advertising, hiring, three payroll cycles, fringe benefits, scholarships, and research assistantships.

-Monitor all patent development paperwork.

-Supervise all building and lab equipment maintenance activities to keep the dozen laboratories within VSL in a Quality Assurance certified state of readiness.

Designed and implemented an automated labor distribution process which saves over 40 hours per month in processing time.

Developed a detailed project accounting system which tracks over 138 tasks and accounting distribution of over 14.5 million dollars in assets as related to 115 employees daily.
