I worked at Alcon in Johns Creek, GA through Randstad. I operated a machine that manufactured the contact lenses after being trained. I did everything from inspecting the contact lenses for defects whether it was in the lenses themselves or the packaging, to loading and unloading all materials needed. I kept a documented log of everything and anything that happened with the machine from running normal, adding/removing products and supplies, to and downtime from anything. My assignment was ended after I did not pass the Tech. B Assessment test due to not having but two days in the class room for training when you were supposed to get two and a half to three weeks of training before even being put on the floor.

I worked at Kubota Manufacturing of America (KMA). I did basic warehouse work along with being a certified sit-down and stand-up forklift operator. I also did paper work, used computers to enter various types of data, and used a RF-Scanner. Advantage Resourcing lost their contract with Kubota in October and I was transferred to IMS Gear in November. At IMS Gear, I did various jobs, but mainly various type of QA and QI. Using different tools to assure the various products we make are correct.

I worked in the plumbing department serving customers. Answering any questions while giving the customers the best information and customer service possible. I also answered phones and used an RF Scanner to stock products. I kept the areas clean as well. I also cut pipe and threaded it, as well as placing online orders for customers and looking up products online for customers if needed.

I assisted the superintendent for the general contractor over the entire jobsite doing whatever was needed. I was basically a superintendent as I had very much the same amount of power.
