Duties and Responsibilities.

Take off quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works by using Auto CAD drawings, tabulating, analyzing and formulating the information to facilitate the preparation of bill.

Responsible for site measurement.

Identifying and measuring Variations with proper supporting documents and obtaining approval from consultant.

Assessing and verifying subcontractor’s applications for payment (invoices) and preparing the Payment Certificate

Monitor the site to ensure construction is within contractual parameters.

Compare the quantities with respect to bill of quantities provided by the consultant.

Collecting Quotations from Civil and MEP Sub-Contractors & review the same.

Work according to SMM7, CESMM3, FIDIC and ICTAD Conditions of Contract.

Submit and agree Interim Payments Certificate.
