Responsible for the production of stamped parts for the automotive industry. This includes both steel and aluminum parts from class “C” to class “A”.
Manage 3 tandem press lines and 1 transfer press line with 3 leads and 45 associates.
Responsible for all safety, quality and production of the department.

2008-2012 MacLean Power Systems

Responsible for the manufacture of power line insulators both injection molded units and custom made polymer units. Manage 2 departments and 3 shifts with 40+ employees and a total annual sales volume of 40+ million dollars.
Developed and implemented a 5S program on shop floor.

Helped implement “Lean Manufacturing” into our process.
Brought production levels up by 30% by implentation of quality systems and as well as organization of work force and responsibilities.

Responsible for bringing a new natural gas meter shop online and within budget.
Standardized workflow of the shop to bring production from 200 meters per day to 700 meters per day.
Developed SOP’s to assure the correct repairs were being done and that correct meters are repaired.
Responsible for all personnel hiring to if necessary termination.
Responsible for setting up all safety procedures for the shop as well as handling the OSHA required training and necessary meetings for the entire facility.
Increased customer audit performance from an unacceptable level to better than 95% with commendations for the accuracy and quality of the meters produced.

I am very involved in the community and the well-being of the youth. I have been a youth football and baseball coach for the past 25 years. I have served on the Board of Director of “Piedmont Pop Warner Youth Football and Cheer”, as well as being one of the founders of this organization. I am a booster club member of the local high school and help where I can.
