I POP Displays and Kosakura is a Point of Purchase Display Manufacturer, fulfillment and supply chain as well as a Store Interior Buildout Company. Managed this high-end Point of Purchase display company where we were the first to produce interactive electronic displays in 2009 for Best Buy, Walmart, The Home Depot, Lowes and GameStop etc. Produced excellent quality work. Relocated the company from California to Texas and have finally decided to close the factory as online sales is booming and retail sales declining, resulting in clients wanting to produce cheaper and poor-quality displays from China to display their products. Managed staff between 55 and 110 depending on orders.

CFO 2002 - 2009

Primary Color is a multi-product Graphics Arts Company specializing in Pre-press, Sheetfed printing, Large Format Printing, Digital Printing, Marketing Automation and Fulfillment. (Annual consolidated Revenue $60 million). Worked with the entire sales team of 33 and shareholders in tripling the size of the company in seven years. Managed the entire financial and operations of this business, which included implementing Hagen and prior to that the Lawson accounting and production systems. This is an intricate model that included a just in time production, sales and financial system with a standard estimating and costing system in two locations. Managed and directed the entire company from a financial and directive point of view. Directly managed staff of 21 and reported directly to the President and shareholders. The CFO role would often overlap with the CEO responsibilities by directing the VP sales and Operations. Played an integral part in start ups and acquisitions. Dealt with intricate M & A and purchased two Properties with creative financing.

Managed the entire financial and operations of this business, which included regional franchisors in 71 countries worldwide and USA franchisees. Contract accounting at its highest level.
