Implemented target goals for the purchasing department consisting of Fill Rates, Inventory Turns, PPV, Dead Inventory Returns, and Back-Orders.

Reduced company wide customer back-orders 38% in 6 months.

Negotiated discount payment terms with key suppliers which netted a savings of over $350K the first year with key International and Domestic suppliers.

Maintained an overall inventory level of $21 million dollars while SMH doubled in size of distribution.
