Completed the Green field Project of Extruded snacks pellet manufacturing line cost 70 cr.
Preventive, Break down and Predictive Maintenance of overall plant machineries like wheat flour Mixer, Extruders, Pellet Cutter, and pellet Driers and packing machines of FEN S.r.l Pellet plant.
Operation and Maintenance of snacks pellet fryer line (SuppliedbyKuiper’s Netherlands) and online packaging machine 4 No. (Pace Packaging Model: P 250, Capacity :60-70 pouch /Minutes)
Stabilization of 2D,3D and Die cut snacks pellet products in quality and production capacity aspects.

Grain Span Nutrients Pvt. Ltd (Extrusion Ready to fry Snacks plant): I have joined this project during Greenfield stage and done the Execution and Planning of Electrical & Utility Equipment’s and piping’s now the project is completed. This project has two major parts: Raw food pellet Extruders and Pellet Dryers, we have three Extrusion lines with the capacity 20 MT/each line per day, the tentative cost of project INR 200 Cr.
TTK Healthcare Limited: I had joined this project during its Greenfield stage and completed the Execution and planning of Electrical & Utility part completed within 1.2 years.This project had two major part Raw food pellet extruders and Pellet Dryers, we have two Extrusion lines with the capacity 30 MT/each line per day, the tentative cost of project is INR 75 Cr.
Tecpro Systems Limited Steel (Rolling Mill and Reheating Furnish): I took this project as a greenfield project and done planning and execution of Electrical, instrumentation & Utility part of this project independently. This project had two major part Steel Reheating Furnish and another one steel rolling mill with capacity 720 MT/Day in a planning stage and completed within the time limit (approx. 26 months) and the project cost was around INR 800 Cr.
