Well versed in various aspects of the Mining Industry to include: Process Operation and Maintenance, Equipment Operation and Supervisory/Training roles. Possess a working knowledge of process through HMI control for start up/shut down of equipment. Perform all pre-op safety inspections on equipment. Crush and screen all raw materials, monitor bin levels while pushing feed, monitor all stages of plant process to insure safe and continuous operation is maintained. Knowledge of plant maintenance. Able to recognize and concisely report mechanical issues and abnormalities to maintenance personnel.

Conduct pre-op on equipment before operating, such as 980 loader, skid steer, water truck, 375 excavator and dump truck. Feed material to the plant at a constant rate with loader so the crushing is consistent. Adjust cone crusher to size. Clean and inspect all equipment throughout shift. Perform basic routine maintenance including replacing and or repairing conveyor belts, motors, bearings, belts, shives and rollers. Also welding and cutting to fabricate replacement parts as well. Change screens to identify with order per customer, load trucks and scale out the customer as well. Work independently and adhere to all MSHA and OSHA as well with company standards.
