We worked with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and prime contractors to ensure a viable supply-chain. I consulted with Rockwell-Collins the largest DOD contractor in Iowa to develop an e-commerce protocol between them and their suppliers. This protocol supported the bidding, (cost and pricing), engineering, production and delivery functions in the subcontracting process.
