Responsible for leading testing efforts of:

LRG (Loyalty Rewards Globally): an extension created to Earn and Redeem points, users login to a landing page with the possibility to buy merchandise Online

Podium (Recognition and Loyalty programs): Loyalty member site, Admin site (customer support) and Reports. Users login to member site to check available Points or Cashback or miles, check transaction history, transfer Points or use them to travel or shop Online.

Data migration through sftp Transfers from Customer, Debit and Credit Card (TSYS) systems.

Some of the assignments/responsibilities:

Leading a team of 4 testers, getting all resources trained on applications and following up on assigned tasks.

Agile methodology: to attend Daily scrum meetings, provide estimates to be included on Sprint Planning for implementation of new features to Websites.

Creation of Test Plan, test cases and test data (based on Business requirements, UXD documents and Spanish translations documents – website is in Spanish).
