•Full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of innovative start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Ranging from Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Financial, Media, Ad-Tech, Entertainment industry to name a few.

•Focused on all aspects of IT recruiting. Whether it’s Big Data Engineers, ERP’s (SAP, Oracle), all of Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Systems Engineers), Linux, DevOp Engineers, Storage, CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP), Software Development, Software Engineers (Java, .Net),Cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure) Web, Databases, Security or VoIP.

•Partner with client HR/Recruitment teams, as well as Hiring Managers, directly, to determine hiring needs for clients’ open requisitions, including candidate qualifications, ideal experience and skill set, and culture fit.

•Schedule and maintain calendars for a high volume of candidate screening interviews, as well as candidate interviews with clients.

•Write job descriptions for newly-created positions, as well as updated previously-created job descriptions to reflect any significant changes.

•Conduct in-depth telephone assessments and effectively “sell” the company’s value proposition to candidates.

•Lead interview debrief sessions and provide recommendations to hiring managers and executives.

•Negotiate candidate salaries on behalf of clients and candidates, determined start dates, and create offer letters for various clients.

•Provide staffing executive management reports

•Source candidates via cold calling plus the use of multiple recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, LinkedIn Job Posting, Indeed, Angel’s List, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, and inbound resumes via company Applicant Tracking System.

•Leverage company ATS (Lever, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Taleo and Jobvite) to track and schedule internal and external interviews, in addition to tracking status of all client requisitions.

•Recruit for contract-to-hire, full-time or consulting opportunities.
