ORYX GTL Limited is a Joint Venture between Qatar Petroleum and Sasol of South Africa, operates a second-generation gas-to-liquids (GTL), the facility is producing 34,000 barrels per day of liquids (24,000 barrels of GTL diesel, 9,000 barrels of naphtha and 1,000 barrels of liquefied petroleum gas).

Review of Engineering Documents to identify and compliance of Project Objectives Isometric drawings, Layout drawings, Structural drawings, BOM, Material specifications,P&ID,ITP’s, Equipment data sheet)

Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.

Producing Project monthly, stage plans, risks and action logs to distribute the project information to Stake holder and initiate to mitigate the risks.

Verify and approve the contractor invoice/ claims against the work done and approve as per compliance with contractual obligation.

Assess the contractor claim for time and cost variation with provided Scope of work and Frame work agreement.

This was Offshore Project, it involved 150 ton fabrication of Structural works and installation at offshore platforms to protect the falling objects on valves & pipelines.

4.Project STC-05/590; Critical Repairs to the shell of Separators at PS-2 for Qatar Petroleum Offshore Platform.

It was critical repair works on the separators at offshore platform (PS-2) during plant Shutdown period. The works was tight scheduled and completed and handover to client ahead the completion date.

It was Fast track-Offshore Project and involved prefabrication of Piping(carbon steel & Super Duplex SS) & Flare stack at Workshop (Onshore) and erection and insulation at site Halul Island (Offshore). In this project, we introduced Super Duplex Stainless Steel piping material welding as well as fabrication of 20” & 16” pipe lines and insulation of 1000 Mtrs.

This project scope was plant Up-gradation in seven production station for Qatar petroleum at Dukhan fields, it involved Major piping, Pressure vessel(Knock Out drums) (6 nos), civil, and structural like Flare stacks (10 nos)Burn pits, Pipe racks and Blower shades.
