Design for Manufacturing and Assembly of Automotive Chassis:

Modelled automotive chassis in CATIA, performed structural analysis using ANSYS and determined manufacturing costs for the baseline design using (DFM/A) software. Redesigned the same product using CATIA and compared overall cost of new model to old one.
