I am currently supporting our sites operation by troubleshooting problems with our WMS system, and making sure they can continue on with their jobs etc.. picking, packing, receiving, replenishing, and wave planning. Also I do a lot of investigative work to ensure that our product is where it should be so that orders can be fulfilled and shipped out. I also task my cycle counter to do priority cycle counts, train my team to conduct physically inventories as well as jumping in to help, communicate with account managers that communicate to the clients, update exceptions that create based off of variances in cycle counts, update replenishments and I support everyone as much as possible. I also manage a team below me and ensure that all outstanding tasks are met in a timely manner. I also set up POs for the receiving team so they can receive in their product, I wave plan waves for pickers, I run replenishments in the system and I task out ones that need to be done to my replenishment team. I am over location set ups in WMS, Storage rules, search paths, weights and dims, overages and shortages at the pack out, completing receiving put-away verifications, applying hold codes to product, creating locations in wms, and adjusting product to match physical quantity and the systematic quantity.
