Melissa Good Manager of Network Operations at Norwegian Cruise Line Over the course of ten years working with Manuel on a vast array of projects I can attest to the fact that without a doubt if you want a project executed regardless of the scope Manny is your man.
The projects he executed for us ranged from architecting wireless and wired solutions for piers around the world, to designing enterprise grade wireless systems for cruise ships where the scope was in excess of 1100 access points in size. Manny has the ability to manage the process from contracting vendors, to designing technical solutions, to supervising installation and providing the configuration and administration for highly technical network systems. Manny worked with antenna vendors to custom design antenna systems for implementation on cruise ships and has tested and evaluated multiple vendors systems to determine best of breed.
In sum, his list of successful projects with us is almost endless and he would be a good choice in any project & management capacity.
I am intimately familiar with Manuel Baez's work during my tenure as Vice President of IT for Norwegian Cruise Line. Manuel worked as a Network Engineer during a time when the company was undergoing extensive expansion on its fleet and port operations. Manuel was a key member of the team which handled those installations. He was characterized by his can-do attitude, intelligence and reliability. Manuel could always be counted on to get the job done in an efficient and expedient fashion. He was a hard worker who spared no effort and never shirked in the face of challenges. His work often required national and international travel, sometimes on short notice. Manuel was always willing to go anywhere that he was needed, often at the cost of personal sacrifice. Dimas Lopez
I had the privilege of working with Manuel on a couple of network deployment projects for AT&T. He did not fail me a single time. He is a highly organized, goal oriented, independent and hard working professional always ready to put all his energy and stamina to get the job done. Is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
