Training & Work Experience

Kandil Industries (Glass Factory) March 2007 till October 2016:

General Maintenance & Utilities Senior Engineer: For two years, constructing scheduled maintenance plan for all utilities equipments including compressors, blowers, forklifts, gear boxes ...etc, according to supplier recommendations.

Supervise and direct plant 1 team and assist in the maintenance process. Constructing spare parts and oils POs for both foreign and local based on the order point standard according to mobility and need of spare parts compared to cost. Sharing responsible for buying used equipments as per technical status reporting compared to cost, like heavy equipments, motors blowers ...etc.

Business Developments Senior Engineer:

For six months, Constructing analytical plans for all human structure of the factory taking into consideration assigning of advantages and disadvantages, also all positions tasks and real needs.

Modifying the design of some assemblies used in the cold end line.

Cold End Manager:

For Six months, building the cold end team by hiring and testing potential unskilled junior engineers and labor, since there are no cold end technicians available in Egypt. Constructing and implementing training plans for both junior engineers and labor for both in house and broadcasting training.

Follow up the productivity at the starting up of the new plant cold end. Improve the production quality as well as reducing maintenance needs by modifying the cold end design.

Follow up the complete installation and starting process of the new plant cold end.

Quality Assurance Manager:

For three years, ISO 9001/2008 Certification & Preparation key responsible, process co-ordinates, document controller and internal auditor. Also preparation for 14001, 18001, 22000 & HASSAP Certifications.

Research & Development Engineer:

For two years, Process and product development for maintenance & forming projects. Supervising the I.S. M/C programming and hardware revision during experiments and parameters data base history recorder.

Implement corrective actions to rectify mechanical failures and fight product and major defects.

Started as a maintenance site engineer for different types of heavy equipments in Batching Plant Abha & Electrical Work in Jizan till Nov. 2003.

Working as a maintenance workshop manager Since Dec. 2003 till Dec. 2006 for three different projects at the same time supervising the Electrical work, Batching Plant Jizan and Crusher Plant Jizan. Being responsible for:

1. All different maintenance operations.

2. Supervise all purchasing orders.

3. New equipments procurements technical support.

4. Planning for all minimum stock level moving parts and oil needs comparing to cost. 5. Design and implement the training plan for heavy equipments operators and maintenance technicians as well.

6. Design and construction of the Central Jizan Workshop. Tripology & Spare Parts Center (Cairo University) Jul. 2001 to Dec. 2003: Working as a reverse engineer for different machines and spare parts using CAD programs for design review and modeling (mainly working for eastern Co-Operation.)
