I am working with textile manufacturing company in maintenance department and taking responsibility of whole plant maintenance as an executive.

We have to take care of different unit in plant like washer, segregator, crusher, heater, demoulder, filler, rotator etc.

I have to look after all the instruments like control valves, pressure gauge, heater controller, pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, rotameter. I have to check all set parameter of each instrument as per process requirement.

I have to take care of all VFD for motors and temperature controllers of heater unit.

I have to manage man power of above 15 persons per shift for difference section of plant, repairing and servicing of removed instrument, handling workshop for modification of instruments and mounting and testing of instruments.

Furnace, batch house, mould workshop, R/O plant, compressors, LPG yard, FO yard this areas are undertaken in maintenance on regular basis.

I have worked with Allen Bradly Control Logix PLC to maintain 250 tons per day furnace operations, and for providing access to production we have Factory Talk View 5.2.

Mainly we are responsible for I. S. machine break down which are working on Bottero and Emhart PLC system.
