Support Services Manager

7/2012-11/2017 The Coca-Cola Co.

Manager of Store, Stock Room, and Warehouse daily functions, duties, and expectations. Responsible for Inventory accuracy at both The Coca-Cola store on Las Vegas Blvd, as well as the warehouse. Inventory volume averaging 6 million on hand, with annual sales of 9.5 million. Assuring the store is fully stocked, staffed, and ready on a daily basis. Additional daily duties consisted of transferring of material between warehouse and store, creating replenishment reports, adjustments, ordering and receiving product, scheduling, staffing, and inventory accuracy, Inventory accuracy involving negative on hand items, and non-selling items. Vacation scheduling. Bi-annual inventory of both locations with variance expectations of 95% that would successfully come in below that number. Mid-year and year end reviews. Conflict resolution. Interviewing and hiring of staff. Dealings with Corporate Office regarding budget, product reviews, financial reviews, A/P issues. Communication between facilities in regards to new renovations, upgrades, or special projects.

Worked in progress includes dealing with a new Coca-Cola store Orlando, opened mid-2016. Involvement in regards to replenishment, staffing, and scheduling. Warehouse racking layout and design. Computer use involving creation of auto replenishment processes by sales, and or min/max levels. Identifying operating procedures, and equipment necessary for processes. Creation of guidelines and procedures for use in pricedures, training, and ambassador expectations. Working with new store management team in regards to processes and expectations. In depth trial runs were successfully completed to assure processes, stipulations, location requirements, and computer system could perform as expected. During this process, I had found a computer system error that was never seen before that was identified and had to be corrected by the software provider.

Through extensive work and dedicated cycle counting for 2 years, we were able to support and provide back up for inventory accuracy in the warehouse to be changed from wall to wall counting, to computer based inventory value. During inventory, the computer based numbers and value was audited and verified by Coca-Cola corporate auditors. This process saved the company a minimum of 45 hours of salary twice a year by upgrading to this process.


2010-2012 Venetian Resort Business Center/Package Center

Manager of the Venetian Palazzo Business/Package Center.

Overseeing day to day operation. Shipping, receiving, assuring

delivery and time frames are met to convention locations, exhibit

suites, and guest suites. Dealings with convention directors

regarding electronic demands from guests. Customer service

involving mediation between guests and property, lost package

recovery, package and inventory security and accuracy. Weekly

work schedule, vacation request, salary and expense budget.


2010-2010 Wynn/Encore Resort, Las Vegas NV

Inventory Security Coordinator overseeing accountability and accuracy of alcohol sales at the newly opened Beach Club. This also included guest reservation cards, company transferring of materials, and guest purchase accuracy. Dealings with accounting regarding accuracy of guest purchases and assurance of guest obligations. Responsible over 20 years for daily cycle counts, inventory issues involving shortages, overages, mis-shipments, cost issues, improper receiving and accuracy.
