• Automated Accounting Functions - Set up Zuckerman-Honickman general ledger on a main frame and all of Sprinturf accounting on QuickBooks. This allowed me to produce monthly financial statements quicker, more accurately, and to help identify any potential issues. Set up Sermatech Financial Statements in lotus and reduced closing time by a week.

•Increased Cash Flow - Reduced Inventory at Wrigley’s and at Naythons by 50%. Reduced the rates of telephones and insurance for the Wrigleys, Naythons, Current Events, and Zuckerman.
