Manager-Global Sourcing and Supply Chain 2005-2017

Responsible for the procurement and demand planning for multiple product categories as well as cross functionally working with our expanded operations in Mexico.

Saved over $2MM in expenses across multiple product lines by applying sourcing strategies built on opportunities identified through analysis and competitive bidding.

Worked with our Asian supply base shifting labor intensive processes (Ie. packaging and inspection) back up the supply chain reducing the acquisition cost of materials and manpower at our domestic distribution center locations.

Significantly increased the availability of our new release innovation product lines

Collaboratively worked with the divisional plant manager, engineering, and manufacturing to develop new processes and streamlined operations to create efficient work flow.
