Perform precise specimen analysis and report findings accurately in a computer system, following established procedures as perthe Standard Operating System (SOP).

Run automated Immunology analysis using Immullite 2000 & Abbot's Architect systems, Hematology analysis using Beckman's LH 750, coagulation using ACL 1000, urine analysis using Siemens Clinitek Atlas, Vit D measurement using Diasorin system and Allergies testing utilizing Thermo fisher Phadia system.

Conduct manual Serology, ErythrocyteSedimentation Rate (ESR), anddrug screening measurements.

Recognize deviation from expected results, analyze andcorrect problems usingscientific principles.

Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.

Complete quality control action logs, preventative maintenance logsand pending lists daily.

Provide trainingto five newpersonnel in laboratoryduties andresponsibilities.

Continuously assesswork processesand make suggestions to supervisor for improved work methods and ways to increase efficiency, reduce costs, andsolve operationalproblems. The lab use a newreagent with more tests done in less time, which improve the work method andreduce costs.

Monitor departmental reagentinventories suppliesand notify supervisor when it reach reorder level.

Work with three supervisor(s) and other laboratory staff to plan for and accomplish departmental and organizational goals andobjectives.

Participate in maintaining the department in technical readiness to meet regulatory compliance standards.

Recognize the need for and assume additional bench responsibilities when scheduled or in the case of staffing shortage.
