Manages five-story, 375,000 square foot facility involving seven tenant organizations worth $57M inspecting facility structures, related electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.

Generates inspection reports and follow-up actions to mitigate safety, fire safety and maintenance requirements. Oversees planning and coordination on facility management resources including service contracts and space allocation for mission support to over 150 active military and civilian personnel and over 310 military reserve personnel within United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) their subordinate commands and higher headquarters. Managed the operation, maintenance, repair, and improvement of 109,000 square foot facility housing three tenant organizations. Advised the JECC Logistics Director by conducting research analysis and developing recommendations for systems and process improvements. Provided technical support and assistance on a facility infrastructure upgrade for the 5th floor JECC Headquarters area by managing a $285,000 electrical project to determine the available excess capacity of an 800-Kilowatt generator and a 300,000-volt amp (KVA) Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS). This project successfully mitigated power failures by installation of this back-up and uninterruptable power capability on JECC’s mission requirements. Coordinated with contractors and FEAD personnel on $1.1M construction project; ensured vendors complied with plans and specifications in the creation of a 7,000 square feet multi-purpose area to support JECC mission training and operational requirements. Subject matter expert in NAVFAC work order process; submitted over 3,000 work requests for building operations, maintenance, repair, and improvement of JECC managed spaces.
