Bukium (former Liibook)

August 2009 – January 2015

I started Bukium as a side project, developing the first prototype myself and investing my own savings in hiring developers to help me. As the project grew, I became CEO and the people helping me became CTO and CFO of the company. Bukium raised funding from Telefonica and was incubated at Wayra in Buenos Aires. By the end of the process we had a full time team of developers and offices in Silicon Valley. Unfortunately we couldn’t make Bukium profitable, and we decided to shut it down. Project Manager
