Responsible for providing network and infrastructure direction for the corporation, as well as, supporting and directing three versions of TimeManagement’s workforce management product, including a web based SaaS object- oriented enterprise solution written in C++, C#, COM, ActiveX, .NET, ASP .NET, MVC .NET, Java and mobile platforms. Managed multiple groups of on and offshore developers and QA staff.

Developed procedures and introduced applications to facilitate the flow of information between the Development group and Sales & Marketing, Project Management, Professional Services, Support.

Introduced various procedures to track and resolve software bugs throughout the company.

Designed and developed the web application that registers pets; performs search and recovery functions; records medical history records; issues electronic certificates; and issues municipal licenses.
