EDUCATION

August 2015 -

present

Student, Arizona State University

Major: Engineering - Electrical Systems Finishing Sophomore Year in May 2017 OBJECTIVE

Seeking an engineering internship in my field of study, Electrical Engineering. I am looking for an opportunity to contribute to a company's success while gaining knowledge and experience. I am a fast learner, and a hard worker. My Arizona State University education is teaching me the tools I'll need...I'd be excited to find a hands-on opportunity which will allow me to put these tools to work and to work with other engineers in a team environment.

COURSE PROJECT

I took a physics course which included the development of a "Rube Goldberg" machine. In a group of 3, we were to build a machine using the six Rube Goldberg methods

(pulleys, ramps, etc.). This project really developed my methods with working with people, as well as learning about the world of physics. My favorite course so far has been Digital Electronic Design. Taking a design from concept to schematic to implementation was fun.

The Engineering - Electrical Systems curriculum at ASU's Polytechnic Campus involves hands-on projects and working in teams, which prepares students for real-world engineering environments and collaboration with engineers of all types. EXPERIENCE

JUN - AUG 2014

JUN - AUG 2015

and

JUN - AUG 2016

Electronics Assembler, Denecke Inc. Valencia, CA:

• Responsible for soldering, wire harness creation, and electrical & mechanical assembly of all types of products.

• Helped improve assembly processes for greater efficiency Denecke is the movie industry leader in timecode products, such as electronic slates / clapboards, which are used to synchronize all cameras and equipment on movie sets. SUMMARY

I am a hard worker and am eager to learn new skills. I love to solve problems, and can't wait to get opportunities to use what I've learned. I'm a good communicator, which allows me to work well with others. I look forward to hands-on experience to prepare me for the world of engineering.
